Had a training sesh with a high level development team for a semi pro championship team, the coach has asked me back for more training and says I have potential which is great news, however my tackling technique was shockingly bad, and I picked up some concussion, so thats going to need some serious work, however its great news.

Had some more training sessions and played my first game in 5 years!! Haha quite a milestone!

Yeah same, I'm definitely aiming to play in the NRL (Aussie rugby league comp) but been injured for 6 months with a slipped disc and disc protrusion in lower back so I feel ya there
I should be getting back into running etc by the start of the new year, and I'll most likely start a journal with the exercises that I'll be doing

New Pr's so haps, also tried doing a few squats with 60kg, just two reps to test the ankle which felt alright during the exercise, but afterwards there was a little pain, so still not ready to go and will have to continue resting just a bit longer, hopefully will clear up soon as I now have a better opportunity to rest.Strong adriana lima picture embed to post ratio

Subbing, im also training for rugby. Man my bench really lags behind my other lifts in comparison to other players here. What position do you play? I played flanker and may switch to hooker if i get bumped to varsity.

I'm in the back row, 6/7 usually, played a bit of 8 and second row though, but I think I'm preferring 6. Couldn't imagine myself in the front row though, especially at hooker I'd be scared sh!tless every time a scrum went down.
Don't worry too much about bench just focus on squats really, from what I've read its not really too important, though I've surprised myself with recent progress and it feels good putting up heavier weightsStrong adriana lima picture embed to post ratio

I was a 6 last year, will be this year as well if i dont get bumped. Im also scared about the scrum collapsing, thats how most injuries occur at hooker. Depends on how big i can get as our current varsity hooker is like 5'11 170. I have no shot at varsity flanker as we have our senior linebackers for that.
