    deadlifts and their effects on glutes

    Are deadlifts be sufficient for the glutes? I searched "glutes and deadlifts" and only a few threads popped and none of them helped. Thank you much!

    Deadlifts work the glutes pretty well but because of lower back fatigue you may fall short on glute work.

    Yeah, deads hit them...but you wouldnt do deads to bring them up. Back squats hit the glutes well. ATG squat, acquire dat ass.

    Trap Bar deads will hit them 10x better than conventional in my case. Especially useful for correcting APT.

    Romanian and Stiff-legged deadlifts work the gutes well. Deep squats also.
