    Exclamation please help me!

    I have been using supplements for just about 8 months now and gained a total of 23 lbs. But now I think I have hit a cross roads, I dont know if I should cut or bulk more, can you guys help me out please.

    I have also included pictures of me now. And the last picture is the supplements i just received in the mail to use till they run out
