I got this down a while ago, I'm not sure how much anyone around here knows about bodyweight exercises, but this is a fairly advanced move to do correctly. See attatchment.

If you have time can you explain your progression to get to the stable planche.
My goal is one year to hold a planche like that. Just want to see what your progression was and how you worked up to it.The usefulness of a cup is in its emptiness.
