    Biceps after back

Do you think it's cool to work biceps the two days after a heavy back session? Ie back Wednesday, biceps and triceps on Friday or is it too soon.

A common split is to work back followed immediately by biceps so yeah there would be no problem. Biceps are small muscles so the fatigue and recover really quickly IMO.

Everyone here is right mate. That should be fine.

EDIT: I could be wrong, I don't know how it would affect a 10'0" inch person.

he meant biceps directly after the workout, not the day after. you would never want to do a back workout then do biceps the following day.
