    when trying to gain mass

    when trying to gain mass should u be doing cardio
    like 2x a week for 10-15 min


    or is it better to do none

    10-15 mins is seriously next to nothing it won't hurt your gains. Assuming your diet is good some cardio will help in keeping bodyfat down

    Do cardio for overall health, just eat more on cardio days as you're burning cals you need.
    You can be as cold as the winter weather but I don't care as long as were together <3

    Cardio does not = weight loss.

    Cardio has no bearing on whether or not you gain mass.

    Cardio helps weight loss due to calories expended by exercising (helping you achieve a deficit if that is your goal).

    If you jog and burn 300 cals, and you make those cals up through your diet, you will not see any decrease in potential growth.

    the less calories out and more calories in will build the mass quicker so to answer your question OP skipping cardio will lead to more mass quicker.

    it doesn't matter how much cardio you do all what matters is you make up for the cals lost while doing it.So if you go on a jog for 30 mins and you burn 200 cals (just a guess) then on that day you should add in a extra 200cals

    ^^^^ this. As long as you maintain a caloric surplus, then card will not hamper your gains
