Which Sweetener is BEST?

I've heard so much controversy over all the types of sweeteners. What is the best, and why? And what is the difference between them all?

- Stevia
- Splenda
- Truvia

I use sucralose based sweetner and avoid the ones containing aspartame. I heard stevia is the best and splenda was good too. dont know abt truvia

Splenda and Truvia, I think truvia and stevia are the same though I could be wrong.

I use both stevia and splenda... I feel like stevia tastes best in liquids and splenda tastes better if you want to sprinkle it on stuff.

I always go with Truvia. Supposed to be the best for you as it is a plant extract.

This. I just did it, in fact.

I buy Truvia in the larger container for cooking into things, and Stevita Supreme branded stevia in packet form for at work. I keep a box of it in my desk. It's cheap @ $2/box of packets on Amazon.

Truvia tastes more sugarlike to me, Stevita has a bit of aftertaste but it doesn't bother me and the price is pretty legit.

truvia! has .6 calories per pack as opposed 2 the other which are around 1.8, truvia is erythitol with stevia. best flavor and texture too

Stevia is natural if that matters to you

I like pretty much anyone of them myself. Personally I find aspartame sweeteners to be sweeter in general, but sucralose is good too. In the liquid form (i.e. no maltodextrin used to bulk) it is truly 0 cals, but it really doesn't matter unless you are eating cups of the stuff a day.
Truvia and Stevia are both tasty aswell, although I personally don't use them much. I think Truvia is just a brand name for a company that makes sweeteners out of the Stevia plant.

agave nectar or syrup is awesome, very mild flavor, can add to anything, purely natural

You may want to double check that, Agave nectar is 90% fructose, and excess fructose is associated with NAFLD (fatty liver), increase in visceral adiposity, reduction in insulin sensitivity. -> better use table sugar than Agave (only 50% fructose)

Stevia taste like poison to me.
