You got to remember, it is NOT about wining a powerlifting competition, you win when you hit a PR. So if you you start out at 150lbs and by June 30 you hit 225 it is a win to you. Once you come into a cpmpetition to win it ... you loose it is that simple. There is always going to be someone that can lift more than you no matter what.
Good Luck!

Jim, You know I am in....
Still in healing / Recovery mode but look to throw up some numbers soon. I think I am going to have to work back up to the 335 mark though

i videoed it....glad i did. because i thought i was going atg. turns out i am barely hitting parallel. wtf. for YEARS i thought my rom was greater. i have alot of work to do.

No vids from me either. Haven't replaced my FLIP video recorder since I smashed it with a 45lb plate on my deadlift PR day and I didn't want to take my regular camera to the gym.
I got 385 today with no belt, no wraps for a single, and a 435 with wraps and belt also for a single. Both ATG.
No new ground for me anyway...

Here's the clip. I'm kinda pissed after watching it. I made some adjustments to my form prior to these lifts and although I think the adjustments were good, I have a couple things to iron out.
