I know this forum section is filled with experienced lifters so I thought it'd be the best place for me to post a question.
It seems to take about 60minutes for me to start feeling that "good feeling" I get from exercise, but I don't know what I can do during this 60minutes...
I'd love to hear what you guys do immediately after your exercise!
Thank you!

60 minutes?
...Come up from the basement (gym), make protien shake (whey banana milk), drink that while I make breakfast (eggs and vegetables), eat breakfast, let the dog out, **** shower and shave, drive to work...
All that before most people are even thinking about getting out of bed. Haha
Note: a good pre-workout formula with no crash helps a lot.

I dont do anything out of the ordinary. I do take ice cold showers though but thats just my thing.

I drink my magic muscle fertilizer shake within 30 minutes because if I don't all gains will be lost. Then I eat...
Wait, no. I just go home and eat breakfast if I'm hungry or start working a bit if I'm not hungry and then eat a bit later."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."

Head to the kitchen, drink a protein shake w/2 cups skim milk and two scoops whey and five grams creatine, take my vitamins, eat a banana, log the workout in my thread, drink a bottle of water and begin eating dinner.
