btw, major props to folks who do PL meets. i had never before hit 1rm's on the 3 lifts before on the same day. it is tough to say the least. was able to get a 975 total for the day. i tried a 450lb dl after hitting 415. it didn't budge.

the only way this is going to work is if you stipulate that the camera is at waist level and either 8 oclock or 4 oclock behind the squatter.

it's all good. i agree it might be borderline, although my unbiased self would have green lighted it. but you should have seen my first efforts! yikes. nonetheless, plenty of time to get it right. working hard on it!

Not yet needs 550 or better and by June 30th I should be doing 600 for a couple.
But he did it real easy that is for sure.

I don't have any recent max videos or recent back squat vids but I have a rather recent top squat video. I alternate between BS and TS depending on what my shoulders are doing pain wise. Here's me doing TS with about 365 for 3

I have chosen the juggernaut method so in 16 weeks I hope to be posting a 400 something top squat video. I'm going with my back squat percentages (500lbs projected mx) so as long as my core catches up I should be very happy.

One part of golfing etiquette that any well groomed golfer will respect

is the use of cell phones. Many golfers require quite while hitting the

ball - who wants to hear a cell phone chiming in the middle of an

important swing? Although it is not a bad idea to carry a cell phone for

emergency purposes, make sure it is turned off and don’t take calls in

the middle of a game.While the golfers of today don’t resemble the plaid

pants and sweater vest wearing golfers of yesterday, they can still use

old fashioned courtesy when on the course. If you have scheduled a tee

time, make sure you show up on time for it. This means making sure have

warmed up, practiced and retrieved your cart and balls before that time.
When playing in a group, make sure you know how the others like to play

and what rules they use.
