    Congrats on the lift! I'm nowhere near the 310 you just lifted but a quick question: any particular reason why you lift the weight off the rack using a staggered stace?

    btw, major props to folks who do PL meets. i had never before hit 1rm's on the 3 lifts before on the same day. it is tough to say the least. was able to get a 975 total for the day. i tried a 450lb dl after hitting 415. it didn't budge.

    can't really tell if your even parallel with that camera angle...

    the only way this is going to work is if you stipulate that the camera is at waist level and either 8 oclock or 4 oclock behind the squatter.

    Not yet needs 550 or better and by June 30th I should be doing 600 for a couple.
    But he did it real easy that is for sure.

    I dont squat anymore because of bad back but I held up through deads so I might give it a whirl. Gonna need all 3 months just to put up something presentable.

    I could not do squats when I tried. My shoulders are just too messed up. I cant hold on to the bar.

    I have chosen the juggernaut method so in 16 weeks I hope to be posting a 400 something top squat video. I'm going with my back squat percentages (500lbs projected mx) so as long as my core catches up I should be very happy.
