We should start a bench one too to cover the last of the 3 lifts (could do an OHP as well if people were interested).

How about a bench press OHP combo total. That way people with bad benches or bad OHP's could benefit from the other.....start it and moderate it Wayne!!

I think that a Bench one would honestly make some sense... since we already have the other 2 major lifts here.... maybe OHP down the road if enough people are interested.

She's come a long way in 18 months.

Definitely one of the strongest women in our gym.

No pink dumbbells for Lisa.

And she loves barbell work. Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts. Even seated barbell shoulder presses. There is ONE other woman in our gym that I have ever seen do those.
