Well I've been working out off and on for the past 2 months and I want to get consistant again, but I want something that will work and show results to stay motivated. Im 5'10 148 lbs. Trying to bulk up and put on muscle. This is what I was doing, tell me If I should change it around, looking for about a 4 day workout..
Cardio / abs
Chest and Tri
Back and Bi
Legs / shoulders / abs
With about 3-4 exercises for each muscle. 1 hour per day.
Im not sure if this is the most efficent workout so if someone has any input that would be great.
