    Thinking of cutting, but just started layne nortons routine... what to do?

    Hey i just started layne norton's routine and have never 'cut' before

    how do i go about cutting if i decide i want to, im assuming i replace my 2 weight gainer shakes a day with something else and reduce my calories or something?

    When do i eat my carbs, blahlbhablahbhabah.

    Cut your caloric intake.
    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
