Is it mandatory that I take (let's say my 3 pills) at the exact same time everyday? For instance, if I take all 3 20 minutes before breakfast, would it be bad if there is a day or two in the week where I take them 20 minutes before a mid-morning snack/lunch? Is this one of those "as long as you get it in every day" kind of supplements?

Not mandatory but still advisable.
