Yea as title suggest I plan on doing exactly that as a motivational boost but I have no idea what to do. Only demand is it shouldn't be food related or "skip one week of cardio" or something that affects the training/diet basically

Try buying a subscription to different bodybuilding magazines...thats what i do for every 10 pounds i gain i buy a subscription to a magazine, now im up to 3 different ones and it really comes in handy because i love those magazines!

Buy something like some new gym clothes or add on to your wardrobe. Or try out a supplement if you use that stuff.

OP I like your idea! I've never even thought of that when reaching goals. I don't know what I'd do. I'm going to try to think of something not food related as well. hmmm, got me thinking now!

When I reach my goal(less than 5lbs left to lose), I get to get new gym shoes, and some new everyday shoes.
