Holy phuck strong sub-170lbers in this thread.
As for OP, I'm skeptical you bench 345 at 6ft 160lbs. I'm 190lb at 6'2 and by lifting standards I'm still skinny as phuck. You either have the most alien limb-to-torso ratios ever or you're BSing some of your info.
I also find it very hard to believe that a young man (capable of strict pressing 255) who has found his way to the powerlifting section of BBing.com would believe a seated OHP is more difficult than the standing variation.
There are freak occurrences, such as that Asian guy benching 400 pounds at 150(?)lbs bw. But I doubt he was 6ft tall, or even close to it.Best gym lifts: S 430 / B 385 / D 480 both C&S

In my champion squat suit and inzer wraps I hit 495 easy a few days ago, and in the same suit hit 515 easy deadlift. For bench i use a rage bench shirt and hit 295 easy.
I have a high school meet this Saturday so i'll post any PR's there or any improvement. Hopefully will have videos up.

Best lifts as of April/'12 - 350+ raw bench, awhile ago a 556 raw deadlift...squat sucks from knee injury, 365 high bar ATG.

I do a 5x5 program so I don't know my max, to scared to try cause I workout by myself and don't want to get caught under the bar Lol :s

Squat- 490 (rep) out 405 on my last 5TH set about 6-10 times, depends on how I'm feeling.
40- 4.35- low 4.40's
Bench Reps (225)- 5 times
Play WideReceiver headed to OH for football
Goal weight pushed by 1st week of Aug... 520+ on squat, and 300+ on bench (8-9 weeks to get it)
And just to help you out, you should really focus on lower body. Maybe hitting it lightly but twice a week. Your lower body makes up a majority of muscle in your body, therefore when you work those muscles out they release muscle building/growing hormones, that benefit your whole body when it comes to strength improvement. Don't quote me, but I'm correct on the jist of what i just said have fun bro and goodluck!

-225 barbell 12, maxed 315 in December (no where near where my strength is at now, was actually very surprised when i put it up)

concentrating on legs for the summer moreso but deff maxing when im back in school in august.

23 years old been lifting for 5 years but only serious for 2 years.
When I was 165-170 flat bench did 315 for 6. 175 did 335 for 2. At 175-180 365 for 1. Plan on maxing again next week hope to stay at 170-175 and keep up with 365. Got a video ill upload and post new video please critique I know my form is not perfect.
Back/Leg injury still recovering I don't squat or dead lift heavy

For real. I see guys who do military press sitting so they can do more weight and to me it's like - WHY? to eliminate your core from the lift? that's ridiculous.
