    The Rumble Roller

OMG!!! This freak is bad ass. I got the firm and its a torturous undercover freak device. If youve ever used the black high density foam rolllers then your in for a treat. After my grappling, my cardio, and my jj training, this thing breaks apart all the kinks. Its way better built than the black rollers and the textured surface, well, its hellish. If your body is musculary dense stick with the extra firm. Its worth every penny and is trully a heaven sent. I was breaking 60bones per hour off for the lil chinita to walk on my back. The rumbleroller pays for itself. We drop all this bread on supps and compulsivley buy equipment, least we can do is take care of the cyborg! handle ya biz!

Hey man, I appreciate your input just as much as the next guy. But, to be more thorough and helpful, you may want to provide a link to the product that you mention and maybe tell us the price and where to buy it.

I am involved with martial arts and lifting much like you, so I may be interested in this. However, the way you described it is a lot like jibberish. Again, Ive never used any foam rollers, but have heard positive things about their effects on the body for those of us who train hard.

Im assuming this is the product that you are talking about:

That looks like a great roller, but $70 is a steep bill. 6" PVC & lacross balls work great for anyone who doesn't want to drop $20+ on a roller.

My apologies. I had just left the chemical engineering department at CalTech and wasnt as intrinsically motivated as i should had been to employ impecable grammar. with that being said, here we go:
The contour, design, and workmanship of the Rumbleroller is of uparalleled quality. Having been grappling since 1994, the bane of me has been cumullative microtrauma to all areas of the body. The multiple protrusions on the rumblerollers surface penetrate deep into the fascia with only the slightest shift in ones weight. My neck is nearly 20 inches and the strain on the upper portion of where the traps tie is routinely decimated from head control. By rolling out the knots with with rumble roller my range of motion is immediately returned to normal.
    Price: 70$
