    Exercising throughout the day

For one of my classes i have to write a paper on 5 different ways people can live a more active lifestyle and figured id come to you guys for some ideas.

the example for the paper was doing calf raises why brushing your teeth to give you an idea.

i figure you could also do these when walking up stairs (wearing a backpack to class or whatever also).

parking farther away and walking could save gas, prevent dings and burn calories...

But im kind of drawing a blank for some other ideas any suggestions?

So your paper is on activities of daily living (adl's)? I had a section about that in one of my kinesiology classes earlier in the term. If it is we had suggestions like taking the stairs instead of elevator, Washing dishes by hands to lower water usage.
Good luck and hope this helped.

    Walking around town.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
