Very like the Sheiko+some hypetrophy days routine lol. Damn, I'm glad to see you take strength as an important factor. I mean, why would you wanna just pump and be weak. And you still find WoW even fun? I got all the top PvP gear last season, and seems like the same thing to do this season. I'm guessing raiding is the only thing you go on to do, can't find a good guild in my realm for that haha. Tell me what you think of the new Firelands.
And what are the differences in all the Sheiko routines and where are you getting them from? On elitefts, they all seem the same except the 3-day and 4-day difference, some of them aren't clearly written/explained cause in Russian, but still seem to represent the same thing like 'a press laying'.
Let's say 29 and 37, they look exactly the same.

LOL. Funny enough I swear I didn't see this post until about 2 weeks after you posted it. My abs are about the same as they've always been, little to no difference has been seen with the added direct training. They will look better due to conditioning and simply getting leaner this year, but I don't think I'll credit anything to the actual ab training.
The Firelands are ok, imo they don't live up to Ulduar of WotLK but it's not bad. It seems like it's going to be really easy to clear in one night which sucks, thank god for heroics. But I plan to get into a lot more of PvP side this season since I just leveled up a lock. Doing 3s with 2 previous gladiators so it should be fun.
The Sheiko spreadsheet I used has been thrown around the forums quite a bit but I'll attach it to this post, they are all really similar imo, I don't think too much into them but just do a new cycle each time. Though I'm not doing Sheiko from until my show, still will lift heavy though.
Last year I weighed 167lbs day of the show, 164lbs was the lowest that I got last prep before filling out. Thanks!
Haha. We start Rag on Monday, kinda the first week that our core group has gotten to raid. We were missing a couple people the first week, then the second week I had my photo shoot and about half our group was on vacation, but this week was good and cleared up to Rag very easy.
What's funny is a week prior to Firelands release, I leveled a warlock from 1-85 and had him Firelands geared in 7 days, so yeah, I kinda have no life. :P Then the past week I've literally been solo farming Firelands trash on my shaman and made 400k gold, but they nerfed it. So now I have nothing to do except logging in to raid Monday-Wednesday. I am getting into the PvP scene though for once but my friend is usually working so I can't even log on to that a lot. Boring life is boring atm.2014 83kg USAPL National Champion

Leanest I've been ever I believe. Also the leg improvement over the past year is clearly evident here, I am proud.
I actually weighed 178.2lbs today, lol. I'm bloated or something, although it doesn't really look that way, my lowest this prep has been 173.8lbs and that was on Wednesday. 9 weeks out!

Finally, Ryan put the video up! I look better than I thought in it, good little mental boost for me as I look MUCH better than that now, about 6-7lbs lighter. He's coming back to GA very soon, like within the next few weeks, and we may throw something else together...we'll see!

Got your PM, anytime man just let me know!
Haha, yeah I sound retarded in that video. Friends say I don't have a southern accent but it is clearly there.
I hope, thanks! Good luck at Dr. Joe's show later this year.
Not bad yourself, seriously impressive avi you got.
Haha, no. It was supposed to be a deload but it was the first day of it and Ryan was there so I decided to show boat a bit and postpone the deload to start a day later. I never do any form of dip for triceps, all chest! Luckily my gym has the V-shaped dip station so that you can use the wide grip which really hits chest. That's my favorite tank, I believe it's a Hanes brand but I cut off the tag. I just went to their website though and couldn't find it up anymore, it was pretty expensive for a tank, like $20 for two. Yeah no comment on those Aus tanks, lol.
Seriously means a lot from you Paul, when I think of conditioning you are one of the guys that come to mind. You keep me motivated during prep!
Haha, they are starting to hurt mine too. Though I think it was from Incline DB Pressing though, they always seems to stir up trouble, don't know why I continue to give them a chance.2014 83kg USAPL National Champion

One of the shots I just got back from Pat, I was around 178lbs here.
Also, Ryan has once again snuck up on me and informed me yesterday that he was getting into town today, so we are hitting up another workout tomorrow. Don't know about vids, we'll see if he brings his camera.2014 83kg USAPL National Champion

Very inspiring! Hey so last time you hit 164lbs @ a prep low.... Bulked to ~194lbs in 8months? & now feeling you leanest at mid 170's?!!? I kno its hard to put a number on weight, but do you think you'll dip down to the mid 160's again? Because your already leaner but still 10lbs heavier that last competition, can you build that much lean mass at your level in ~8 months?
Lol keep it up, im excited to see the final product

Thanks everyone!
Correct for the most part, except I bulked to 215lbs about 5-6 weeks post contest, lol. All fat, but I held that weight for about 8 months then cut down to where I'm at now over about 26 weeks so far. Maybe added a little size, but the biggest difference I believe is due to retaining more size this go around whereas last prep I had been dieting off and on for close to two years. I also did mostly strength training this prep to help try and hold on to more size, seems to have worked well. Regardless, I will not get fat again, dieting for a whole year isn't cool, which is pretty much the story of this year, lol. Thanks!2014 83kg USAPL National Champion
