    Exactly 3 Years Difference (Ectomorph Progress Pics!)

    So I've been working on adding quality mass and doing my best to overcome my ectomorph genes. The pic on the left is the first progress picture I took exactly 3 years ago after already working out for about 2 months. Both pics are taken with a light pump.








    and this before pic I took of my legs was taken about 2 months later after already working them for 4 months... They used to be ridiculously skinny!





    Stat changes:

    Bodyweight: 50kg to 76kg (110lb to 167lb)
    Waist size : 30 inches (hasn't changed)
    Height: 5'8 to 5'9
    Max Bench : 30kg to 105kg (66lb to 230lb)
    Max Squat : 40kg to 120kg (88lb to 265lb)
    Max Deadlift: 40kg to 145kg (88lb to 320lb)

    I was really nothing when I started... I was so weak.. and now I feel like something. It feels good.

    So this is just the beginning.. and I can't wait to see what I can achieve in the coming years.

    Cheers! This a common day for me diet-wise: All shakes are made with milk.

    8am: Whey Sustain Release Shake asap
    8:30am: Cup or two of raw oats + ground up flax seed + a little honey + multivitamin
    11:00am: Pre-Workout Weight Gain Shake (Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass)
    11:30am: Workout!!
    12:30am: Post-Workout Shake (More ON Serious Mass + ON 100% Whey)
    1:30pm: Post-Workout Meal, 2-3 cups of oats with another whey sustain release shake and a big spoonfull of natural peanut butter
    4:00pm: Afternoon Snack, bread or rice with tuna and a glass or two of milk.
    7:00pm: Dinner! Lots of rice or pasta with as much chicken / beef as I can eat.
    11:00pm: Another whey sustain release shake with a tablespoon of flax seed oil and whatever else I feel like eating.

    Gotta get back to work will answer any other questions later! Yes it is a lot of food... Haha.
