Started my first bottle of Yok3d last week. First, about myself, I'm 6'2", 255 pounds... I started taking 3 pills 90 mins before my workouts and then 30 mins before my workout I would take one scoop of Jack3d. Didnt feel any difference in my workout.
Did the same the next day, had the same result.
So, upped the dosage to 4 pills 90 mins before workout with one scoop of Jack3d 30 mins prior, still, not feeling much difference with my workout..
Started feeling alittle disappointed with the product but thought I should try the max dosage, 5 pills.
Took these 5 pills about 2 hours before workout followed by one scoop of Jack3d 30 mins prior. Doing Chest/Triceps, didnt feel any difference UNTIL about halfway through my workout. All of a sudden my muscles just started feeling full, skin started getting tight and that feeling just kept on getting stronger and stronger until, by the end of my workout, I could barely move my upper body. This was at about 6pm. Headed to bed about 9:30 pm and I was STILL pumped.
SO, just to make sure this was no fluke, on Back/Biceps day I did it again, 5 pills this time 2 and a half hours before workout with Jack3d 30 mins prior. This time it hit me almost immediately when I started lifting. The pump was ridiculous. The one problem that I started having towards the end of my workout (and Im not sure it is a problem) was that my arms were so pumped, I couldnt really bend them so curling was near impossible. Driving home was rough too, had to just drape my arms over the steering wheel.
So, I can see why people say alot of it is about timing and experimenting with different dosages. When I first started using it, I almost just put it up on the shelf with all the other products that didnt work for me but after playing around with timing and dose and finding what what works for me (5 pills 2 and a half hours before workout), I gotta say, Yok3d, for me, is one of the few products that does as promised... Again, for me....

I have had pretty similar results. I tried a sample of 4 pills (I am currently 6' 185lbs) of it 2 hours before a back/biceps workout and felt incredible bicep pumps from it. Then once I was able to actually tried a bottle. I continued with the 4 pills 2 hours before and had the same success. About 2 weeks in I started feeling the effects getting weaker and weaker....I am thinking about upping to dosage to 5 pills, but I dont know if that will be too much.... Any USP Labs Reps feel free to speak up if 5 pills for a person 185lbs is too much???

I've been using yok3d with pink magic and loving the results so far. Its been about 2.5 weeks but my lifts are all up and my muscles are feeling incredibly hard, as well as looking very vascular. Haven't added in jack3d yet, but will have to give it a go.

    Ok, no.

But I will be breaking in my yok3d today, let's see if it can match c-bol.

I rarely get good pumps when going low reps heavy weight. That could also be a factor. im trying this stuff too, Plasma jet is my favorite still but Ima manipulate the timing a bit more on this stuff. I have to at least hit 8+ or do drop sets to really get some blood pumping.

I contacted USPlabs and it's time released. So in order for the NO to get in the blood stream 90 mins minimium.
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God!

For it is by free grace (God's unmerited favor) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ's salvation) through [your] faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [of your own doing, it came not through your own striving], but it is the gift of God

I dig the product, personally....got some great pumps, muscle belly fullness got to the point where it was slightly uncomfortable towards the end of my workout. I found it more effective when I broke the capsules open and put it in my protein shake.

The only reason arginine is there is to increase the half life of the nitrates, it's not an arginine product.
