You do the whole ab ripper x routine (25 reps each set) with correct form and no pauses? twice?

Clearly not doing the full 25 reps for each exercise. And if you are, fix your form. The whole routine is like 375 reps.
Find it unbelievable that you don't feel a burn afterwards.

I want to point out: he didn't say he didn't feel a burn, he said he didn't feel he burned them out, I guess maybe he's gotten higher burns on other things, dunno.

I don't mean i dont feel the burn cuz i definitely do, i almost throw up sometimes (especially during the fifer scissors part). its just that i feel that 15 mins of abs may not be sufficient, so i try it a second time to really punish my abdomen. my form could be better and i am working on that everytime, i was just curious if you guys did multiple sets and how many times per week you would do ab ripper x. just trying to get an idea of how to incorporate ab ripper x into my routine, just started it a week ago.

I've never done it twice, but I have done it with ankle weights on. Some of the exercises I can still get 25 reps. Others, I can just get 15 or so.

I thought this at first but as I became used to the exercises I slowed down and focused on the form of each set which seemed to do 2x more work. I found that I was kind of flying through the repititions instead of focusing on the target point of each set. Idk though maybe you just got those freak nasty abs.

Ya thats a good point, i kinda feel that im rushing thru some of the exercises. gonna slow it down and focus on form. guess ill just stick to 1 set and just really work on perfecting my form. thats what it seems like everyone else is doing. how many times do you do it each week?? i usually try to do ab ripper x every 2-3 days, not sure if thats too much/little

I pick one day to go all out on abs in the gym, do a reduced ab workout after leg day, and do ab ripper x once on the weekend on a cardio day at home. I don't know really what is too much or to little, I don't think anybody really knows, but I am seeing some good results but they do not seemed overtrained or anything.
