Hi guys,
Long story short, i injured my rotator cuff last year. I have been seeing a physio for this and it is gradually getting better. She said i am ok to start back in the gym but overhead excercises are out (Shoulder press, chins, bench). Rows, deadlifts are also out for a while.
Could anyone recommend me a 3-day a week program to work while i wait to get back to 100%.
At the moment i've just been doing 2 days a week. One legs/back and one biceps/triceps.
Any input/advice welcomed!
