Hey guys, I looked around a bit but might have missed it...When does the contest end? Is there "official rules" and what not? I just want some standards to follow and an end date so I can set my goals. Haven't seen too many people on this thread today so I'm assuming ya'll are out partying HAHA!

hey all!
haven't been on in a while. what'd i miss? some sort of competition goin on? anyways i'll go ahead and update.
put up a new max dead lift tonight. was 185 now 205. feeling pretty good about it. also been consistantly maxing out pull ups at 25+ reps. every now and then i'll hit a sloppy 30. however, no progress made on gaining weight. at this point i'm so tired of the food here i'm just gonna stop worrying about my weight and just focus on form, strength gains, and gettin home safe w/o injury. i'll perfect my diet once i come back stateside.
on another note, we have a weight lifting comp here at my base that goes every month. gonna enter into it next month. there's nobody else in my weight class though but i don't care i'm still gonna represent for the skinnies. it'll give me something real to work towards every time i hit the gym.

Yes you missed the startup of the competition, if you would like to still join you can. You have been a great fellow skinny! just have to post your stats and pictures on here, and stats in the group
Still haven't tried No xplode, how is it? I tried MP Assault didn't really like it, i felt the beta alanaine in it right away and i did a half scoop, i hate the pins and needle feeling.
The contest ends the last day of June! You have a good amount of time to see results The big rule- DON'T GIVE UP, more rules are listed in the group.
I actually enjoyed my friday night, after i knock out some work and finals hw I'll be sure to take a look at your messages . Didn't party too hard bro
Glad to have you aboard with the rest of us!!
Good routine, good diet, sleep! All you really need, if you wanna bump it up take a good pre workout- MP Assault, and BSN NO-EXPLODE , fish oil, multi, protein
OHHHHHHHHH AND DEDICATIONWe Win OR We Learn

I'm SO pumped to get this sh** started and transforming into what I WANT to look like! Wish I could hit the gym right now but the weekend is my rest. Getting my last drinking and being lazy out of the way haha. Dude how the hell did you do it in college? All the parties, drinking, and what not lol. About $100 USD a week. And thats for me, my wife, and 2 kids haha. We live on a military base so it's a lot cheaper and tax free too I have my separate BB diet, and they eat what they want. Each week I buy a bag of 12 talapia fillets, a family pack of chicken, a giant flank steak, a big box of brown rice, some pasta, and veggies and I'm set.

Training, kind of complicated. If you already are pretty knowledgable about lifting, pm me and I'll give you the basis of what I did.
As far as diet, its all macro's/calculations. When I started it was big breakfast/lunch/dinner, and in between the meals was 2 cans tuna/2 cups noyolks noodles. The big meals varied, but always had the macro's required for me to grow. Now, i just have 6-8 similar sized meals through the day.
As far as supps I was on, it was limited:
Jack3d
Whey Protein
Multi
Gatorade (for post workout/intra)

New routine
Hey everyone! I have been thinking of switching my routine up, thinking of working each body part twice a week. Maybe not do legs twice a week though.
I remember when I was actually doing the program i created, I saw pretty good results. Sooooooooooo come monday new routine. Trying to hit that 180 before may 17th! May be hard, so if i hit 170- 175, I will still be pretty happy. We Win OR We Learn

O lawd, finals are finally finished... Skipped out on first week of competition already =(
Really got to make it back hard though!!!
This week, hoping to hit some PRs for 5 reps
Up my 130 lbs bench ---> 135 lbs

All of this on a MASSIVE 128 lbs frame, awww yeaaaa!!!
Also, I hope I can keep up with you guys from just doing PL routine opposed to hunting down a beach body.

Hey Dudes
I just wanted to check in and see what's going on. Sounds like a lot of you are making good gains and are nearing your fitness goals! Keep up all the hard work! I got back in the gym today after having a few days off for prep for my competition. It was nice to be back. I am ready to start making some gains now that I can let my bf% stray a little bit. I was measured at 3.4% at 167 last week. I want to put on some muscle over the next few months though. Time to clean bulk. I feel like the changes I have made since January have been insane and I can only continue to hope for the same continued success. My diet and lifting will continue to stay pretty simple and I'll change it up when my results stop coming.
Good luck to all the contestants. Keep your eye on the prize!

checking in guys! This month is pretty hectic so far. I have finals to worry about, so I'm consistently studying. Haven't really had time to workout, or really diet properly. Finished with this semester come May 17th.
Hope everyone is pushing themselves, Don'y give up!We Win OR We Learn

Had the best chest/triceps workout EVER a few hours ago! I've never gotten a noticeable pump in my chest but today they were like 2 inches bigger! It was like a glimpse into the future of what I'll look like haha. May sound dumb to some, but it got me really motivated and I'm ready for tomorrow's workout! BTW I'm up to 170lbs right now, but I'm guessing its water weight.
