Weight lose Supplement with Xpand and xtra creatine?

I was thinking of taking the new controlled labs REDuction AM shots and PM shot? I also thinking of taking non caffaine Xpand before workouts cause Reduction has 200mg of caffaine and I was thinking of adding 5g of Creatine extra a day. What do you think? Is there any other weight lose supplement I can take that are Not a pill.

I'm taking it right now...just the AM shots. I like it a lot. It's my energy drink because I don't take fat burning pills but i buy energy drinks at the store. This is much better then anything in drink form you can buy at your 7 Eleven. It's caffeine and bitter orange and theobromine. The energy lasts awhile. I don't need to drink a bunch of coffee which just sends me to the bathroom. This is perfect for a shot...It's much less liquid which was a concern with other drinks...I don't do the PM's because i don't have a problem sleeping and I take 1 1/2 servings of the AM shots. It's more caffeine but so what...i know my limits. I like the synephrine in it...i seem to be shedding bodyfat but also taking hemodraulix...also have a great diet...low in fat...high protein...solid amount of carbs...taking 4 shakes a day...i am losing fat and putting on solid muscle. It's great and i do this without any hormones whatsoever....

Sounds good i will try it. Do you think i can take Reduction then 1/2-hour later Jack3d and workout or is it to much.
