    Lean protein substitute

    Hi,

    I am a vegetarian. Can I take egg-whites instead of meat/fish for lean protein with each meal? Is it equally effective?

    yes

    eggs, whites, beans, soy, tofu, soy protein, whey protein, casein, dairy are all good.
