    Sent in my application to be a Special Agent for the FBI now training to be prepared for the Fit Test. Currently able to do 30 push ups no rest but the ideal is at least 50 so that I can score well or give myself wiggle room in the other tests.

    My best reps for pull-ups was 15 when I was 17% bodyfat, but today, three years later after being in and out of obesity, I did 3 x 10 2-second tempo reps. I'm also about 19-20% bodyfat now; gotta keep the slow healthy cut going for now.

    First time in my life I did 12 slow chin-ups... as a warm-up. I was chilled out, just doing my warm-ups and wow 12 chins? Kinda wanna max out to see how many reps I can do, but I suppose it's better I wait as long as possibly on that and just focus on keeping the weighted chins improving. Also, my posing game has improved; I look great for 19% bodyfat, Roy winkler gut and all.

    Just about matched my OHP strength from High School. I did 155lbs as a dirty bulked 35-40%bf 219er. I weighed in 175 and did 150, 19%bf. My shoulder strength is where it was at in hgih and that make me happy Them wilk score PRS right der

    9 months ago i got my first injury and couldnot to any squat whats so ever... Today it was my first leg day after so long time. i swear i dont remember 176lb was so hard before .
    NB! Before injury it was normal to hit 5x5 with 358lb

    I saw someone post that they're going for 405 on deadlift. The most i've done was 445 for 5 reps, but at one point my back was so weak I was doing 135 slowly for sets of eight to prevent injury. You got that man!

    Newbie PR Gains.

    Started end of last year months ago getting into to compound lifts (Squats, dead lift, bench press, bent over row)

    Squats-
    Started- 135 pounds- Wanted to start to get used to the movement and gain healthy habits IE Good form
    Today- 295 pounds- Definitely can get into the 300's but trying to keep it slow and steady)

    Dead lift-
    Started- Again started with 135
    Today- Did 315 for 3 reps (Felt great)

    Bench press-

    Started- 115
    Thursday- was able to bench 215 for two reps, probably could do more but I work out at 4:30 in morning and the gym is always empty, never really have a spotter

    Never in a million years would I have thunk that lifting would become so addicting. Cant wait to see what the end of 2020 will bring for me. I know am going to plateau eventually but am really enjoying myself right now!

    I know this is last weeks flat Bench PR and not sure if I posted this newest but hers 282.5 6 days after hitting 275 .. Next goal i am working on is breaking 290 and I have been working heavy pin presses to reach that goal.

    then
    75%x6=213.5x6 / 85%x3=242.5x3

    Then a New max attempt at 102%= 287.5

    62 yrs old With a self rehabbed bad right shoulder 13 weeks in thru this bench % program and I'm FINNALLY BACK UP TO 300 A LB Bench Press failure sets 3 times a week
    Day 3a week 13- deload - 300x1- NEW OVR 60 PR Focus Bench press



    Day 3a week 13-deload - 300x1 -NEW OVR 60 PR
    pressing day -
    Focus Bench press
    Today's POA
    Warmups on Smith machine doubles 145, 195, 215, 220, 225
    Then on to Bench press -
    Bench Program - current 1rm 287.5
    75%=215x2 / 225x1/ 85%=245x1
    267x1/ 277x1 / next Today's Max out attempts ..290x1 next going for 300xx1

    90%=270x4 (filmed 3)
    80%=240x5 or 6 (got 5)

    REALLY sad I have to block /ignore so many BUT the great part is if Anyone wants friendship and reaches out to me I will happily unblock them But my history here on bodybuilding.coms forums is a history of most members here hating on me, ignoring me, refusing my attempts reaching out, total lack of support even after I follow them and support them. So my only option has been to Block /Ignore most members.. Again though I always leave it up to YOU reach out your hand in friendship and I will accept it dont and you stay blocked

    bodyweight x15
    Outside for
    Box Squats with chains. These are the planned weight
    145x10, 165x6, 185x4, 205x2, 215x1, 225x1, 235x1, New PR 240x1 now debating cutting 30% or trying for more (the smart decision I think would be taking 240 as today's max



    But I went up 242.5x1 but not clean. Let's do a couple more
    250x1 but not clean,
    252.5x1 not clean, then attempt 260 but spine said no. The previous lifts definitely weakened my spinal area and 260 is just to much for now. I definitely felt my compressed L2 lumbar start to scream. Still vary happy with today's work

    Lowered 30%=185x12r
    Then

    Leg press with 70 degree sled wide foot position to emphasis hamstrings
    3 sets 15, 340(3pps)x15,15,18

    Then inside

    DB Bench Rows 3 sets
    45lbx12, 55lbx10, 8

    I just dipped under 110kg for the first time since 2014!!! I got as heavy as 130 in that time... Hoping to hit 100kg this year, and 90kg next year.

    Also, early days, but I just hit 2/3/4 plate for bench/squat/deadlift 1RM. Hoping to maintain, and gradually improve that, as I drop my weight further toward 90 (for a 2.0x BW dead).

    took me 4 more weeks but I finally got back over 250 yesterday

    DAY 1, WEEK 24 mixed Training today (temp is 102 freaking hot
    and next week we hit 110)
    Weight pre- 186.4
