Thanks. And ya, I was... I pushed and pushed and pushed for an RTD for some stupid reason cuz I didnt wanna be a brokedick.. ha now im kinda wishin i wouldve taken the time to heal up more. I was in OT medhold too and came up on my PCS orders and heard you couldnt PCS outta there on profile, so that kinda made me push for an RTD too, was really tired of sittin around in OT. But hey, hindsight is 20/20 huh? ha o well

This week , I set new PRs on the Bench Press - 264lbs, and Squats - 308lbs (both 1RMs).
hope to break them next week ..Today, just like yesterday, and like tomorrow, I will make the most of my workout.

Started going to the gym mid last year, but its only in the past 2 months that I've been taking it seriously. Gone from 72kg 19% BF to 76kg 14% BF in those past 2 months, just eating clean, properly applying myself in the gym. First supp stack will arrive later this week, hopefully (grrr Suppz.com - ship faster pl0x).
Finally got to 100kg squat and dl, and 70kg bench. I know its nothing, but I can't say I've ever been happier at the gym than I was today when I got that dl PR.

Finally hit 100's dumbbell flat press but for 2x8...gonna get 3x8 then switch back to bar with the arms all balanced out!
Started @ 2009 - 335 LBS & 37% BF
Now @ 2014 - 210 LBS & 11% BF

I've been working on constantly making PRs. Most recently, I hit 340 lbs. squat (up from 225 max); 325 lbs. deadlift (up from 225 max) and a 245 lb. bench press (up from 225 max). I've been absent, but getting back in the groove of things at my gym. I also picked up the StrongLifts 5x5 routine and am seeing more strength and definition gains in 4 weeks than I've seen in about a whole year of split routines/isolation.
Once I switched from aesthetics to strength, I've felt hella better.

My current goals are as follows:
Bench-315
Squat-300
Deadlift- 365
I met my bench press goal and passed it yesterday hitting 320lbs for 1 rep. I'm going to attempt squat and deadlift maxes tomorrow. The reason for the lower squat and deadlift numbers are because I got out of doing them for a very long time, probably a couple years at least. I'm working on getting those back up as we speak. Will post tomorrow with the results, hopefully good ones.
Btw, I've been a reader for a while, but this motivation forum is what finally made me start becoming active here
