went to test end of year max's yesterday. nailed a 335 squat (previous pr was 300 a month ago), and a 405 deadlift (never maxed before). Bench is still weak as hell though

Been working out and on a diet for a month and a half. Started with 0 pull ups and chin ups. Now I can do 10 of each. That's huge for me to see. 6 months ago I got in the gym with some friends and couldn't bench 1 plate more than 3 times. Now that's my warm up set. Squat 4 plates twice after my regular workout.
Lots of progress to go. Aiming for 6 plate squat and 4 plate bench.
