Whats up gym rats,
I've been bulking for a couple months and gained about 20 lbs but Ive goin on vacation in a lil over a month. Wanna get a lil shredded for the beach then bulk again till summer. As for cardio Im completely clueless. I've just started running this week, Im shooting for a couple miles three times a week but I DK if thats enough. Any body got any input to help out?? I'd say I'm around 15% body fat but honestly I couldnt tell for sure. What is some stuff thats okay to snack on between meals??
