I have the same problem and was seriously thinking about doing the same thing. I feel like my stomach is so stretched out at this point that a fast would give it time to shrink. I will only get full after eating 5+ pounds of food no joke like at night after i eat dinner i will eat an entire cabbage and still not feel that full but I will take my time eating it so it lasts me like an hour. This is the only thing that helps. I feel like it is a food addiction but idk.

    Cliffs
    -same problem
    -what to do?

I envy you greatly. I wish i could eat like that i need to put on some weight before bulking season ends. Maybe you have a tapeworm. Or some type of hormone issue. Any other symptoms like rapid heartbeat, nervousness, sweating, etc?

    What do you eat?

Are you staying properly hydrated? Alot of people tend to confuse hunger with slight dehydration.

Then learn to eat differently? I used to think I could never get full. Now I have the exact opposite problem. Also, I got older...

I don't know what your average daily diet is. Nor could I give good advice considering you are outside the norm. You might have genetic issues that you don't care to share. Also, you have not given a timeline on how long this has been an issue for you. Have you always never felt full since childhood? Were you underweight or overweight as a child? Did you struggle with any eating disorders through your life?

I could go on, but you get my point. A single post from me will not solve most thing no matter how confident I seem to sound in my posts.

    Normal as a child

Ever since my first bb'ing competition 3 years ago when a trainer put me on an only chicken/broccoli 5 meals a day diet (wish I'd known what I know now then). Since that day and after that comp (post contest binge on trip home) I have never been able to get full

before that I couldn't even finish a pizza, mates and I would get pizzas and I never could finish mine

I'd gladly video any food quantity challenges people want me to prove lol depending on cost (I.e if they wanted to pay the $2 for milk etc as it would kill my macros ending up on a huge huge surplus)

in4answer, have the same problem. I could eat 5 plates at a buffett 3 times a day and be hungry within an 2 hours after each binge. Literally used to do this often.

That is a tough one. Sounds like there might be a slight bit of psychology, but this is a bit beyond my ability to help.

Do you mean you "can't get full" while still eating within your maintenance cals, or you just can't get full, period (regardless if you binge on as much food as possible)?

I have hunger issues too, but I can get full; it just takes a LOT of food to get to that point lol (which obviously doesn't work when trying to maintain a certain physique).

And yes, youtube vid, pls! Will pay the $2 for milk (srs).

Actually, even better would be if you did a head-to-head eating challenge against Furious Pete (aka Dedicatedforlife). I'd like to see you outdo him lol (also srs).

I don't know about now but a month ago what helped was 4 slices whole wheat bread, 6 tbs of nat pb, tbs flaxseed, and a banana.
    I felt full everytime
Probably the high fiber and fat

Considering the amount of PB&J and PB&banana sandwiches I ate last time I binged, I'm pretty sure that wouldn't work for me.

I'm feelin ya mate. But hey, that's the cards we got dealt. If you wanna eat and be fat do it, otherwise just deal with it... There are no other options. YOU make the choice . I sure as hell know I feel better now then when I was obese. I have a healthy fully functioning body and the ability to enjoy life . So Srsly, if your hungry, either get over it and eat some veg, or jus be fat, cause if u beat yourself up over it ur going down a dangerous path

Being very lean is pretty much going against what our bodies want to do anyway isn't it ? Its the price u pay? Hell I probably eat better than most ppl with visible abs and i don't have them yet, will this year if I stay on track. It's jus the trade off to look and feel good
