I was just thinking today. Most NBA players are jacked with pretty low body fat. A lot of NHL guys though have decent muscle but a lot of fat on them. Discuss

lol this. i have not seen any fat nhl players lol. Most nhl players range in the 170-200lbs. they are in excellent shape.....but not buff.

I dont really follow the nhl but the only fat hockey player I know of is that bufglyin guy whose like 260 lbs or something. Everyone else is just normal or on the skinnier side.

One sport requires an incredible amount of time spent practicing many different facets of the game. The other, you hold a ball in your hand. I'm trying to say that basketball players have a lot more time to work out than hockey players that need a lot more time on the ice training.
