Started: I very bloated post bulk 193-194lbs or so on January 1st.
Currently: 179.8lbs.
Notes:
The first 4-5 of days of this diet were very rough! felt like complete crap, and had intense carb cravings. My workouts were very lethargic and uninspiring as well.
Well I stuck with it and eventually the sh!!tyness subsided and became fat adapted. Energy levels were then normal/high. Although I lost a bit of strength (not worried about it too much, will most likely do a 5x5 after keto do get strength back up.
Ive been shooting for 2k cals give or take. Decided to do a log to keep me on track. The first month I only used green tea and stims before workouts. Will run lean xtreme for the month of feb and will consider stim based fatburners for the month of march.
Im determined to get lean, around 10% or so, so join me in my progress and feel free to post comments/questions.

5 days since last refeed.
Did upper body, felt good! Although i used a pre wo sample i got from the fit expo.
Got home and drank 50 grams preotein in water, 6oz chicken, veggies w/olive oil in an hour.

Last measurements: dec 2, bulked 190lbs.
Today: 179.8
Gained .5" on CHEST
Lost .4" off ARMS
Lost 1" off HIPS
Lost .8" off WAIST
Lost 1.8" off THIGHS >> Biggest drop.
Lost .3" off Calves
Lost .4" off FOREARMS
Lost 1.5" off Shoulders >> 2nd biggest drop.
Lost .7" off neck.
Notes:
Happy with the measurements, other then chest, numbers dropped all the way across the board. Feel much better right now rather then bulked. I dont "feel" much smaller so thats good because i dont think muscle loss is an issue and hope it doesnt become an issue. Will update when I drop another 10lbs.
Going to do 1 hr cardo/core today at the gym and carb up starting post wo lasting up untill tomorrow night.

Carbed up up untill last night and had a "push" day yesterday and felt good/strong/full. Amazing was cabrs can do.
Had a Pull day today still riding the carbs in my system, felt good/strong, good energy although i took a pre wo.
Back on keto this morning with my usual bacon/eggs/low carb tortilla wrap.'
Weigh in coming in on the 10th! Hope I see a lower number.

Notes/thoughts:
Weight loss is holding steady which is good. I like this diet so far, however, the only thing I dont like is being delfated/lack of energy and intensity during training. My workouts carbed up are like night and day. Carbed up I feel great, high energy, and swole once the pump kicks in. On keto, the opposite.
Have about 3-4 days of lean xtreme before diving into a 2week run of animal cuts. Once I feel I have reached adequate "lean-ness" I will switch to a TKD and start taking creatine/Beta alanine.
Also thinking about doing a EC stack for the month of march. Any ideas?

E/C will def give you some smooth energy, number one in appetite supressing and will make you sweat out alot of water weight also like stated above. Be careful with your dose, thats why ephedra got banned to many over weight individuals doubled /tripled the dosage and of course had heart attacts left and right. Start with 25mg and work your way up to 50mg..Thats what I usually take I just recently tried 75mg and it gave me the shakes I have a high tolerance to stims also.

Carb up day, wooo hooo.
Meal 1: Whole grain pancakes w/ strawberrys and whipped cream.
Snack: 4 oatmeal walnet choc chip cookies.
Pre wo meal: Another serving of pancakes w/strawberrys.
Weighed in at the gym today carbed up and fully hydrated (After drink 2 liters of water or so) about 185lbs or so. Highest at bulk was 200lbs so I have lost a SOLID 15lbs considering equal variables. Still in this for the completion, not even near my goal however im getting leaner/bit more vascular as the weeks go by.
Planning pizza/whole grain pasta for dinner and yes, epic carbup is epic.

still in this.. weighed in at 174.6lbs as of saturday. coincedently got really drunk/sick saturday night. carbed up/recuperated sun/mon...
starting a "graveyard" shift at work and its going to be tough to stick with the ckd, if the going gets too rough, will switch to tkd in hopes of better energy/focus if ckd wont suffice.
