i have given alcohol allmost completly
but summer is comin up (lots of parties) and i may want to drink from time to time
i never drink beer, only the hard stuff as to minimize calories.
any thoughts as to how much time is needed between drinking and lifting?

just dont wo right after you drink wait a day and you are good.
motivation, dedication, blood, sweat and tears. Its all worth it when you look in the mirror.

Alcohol will really drop your natural testosterone levels for several days afterwards.
