    Nutritionist

I am looking for a nutritionist to help me loose around 5% body fat. Either online or in the Fort Collins, CO area. Can anyone make any recommendations?

    Thanks

Don't have a recommendation, but you may want to look for a Dietitian, not a Nutritionist. Also, I would try to find someone who has some background working with athletes as they are likely to be much more knowledgeable when it comes to sports nutrition. Good luck

5% is really not rocket science! With the proper diet and exercise u can do it ur self, it's not that hard. Just do ur own homework and read up on it! It will be a lot easier to keep the lbs off too when u have a basic understanding.

My recommendation is to research on the forums before you spend your money.

    Check the Women's Section, too.

My recommendation is to eat 500 calories below maintenance every day. This will result in 1lb weight loss per week. Save your money.

Yeah what everyone has said so far is true. There is so much great information online for free, that you shouldn't waste any extra money when you can find answers here.

Even if you get stuck with something just ask, and someone will know the answer.
