Anyone know of any low sodium/sugar/fat. marinades or sauces to season up the plain stirfrys / pasta dishes?
Or even possibly a home made recipe??

U can use chrushed fresh herbs(rosemarry, sage), garlic, onion, red vine & balsamic vinegar to marinade ur meats in. Fish is great with lemon juice, lemon grass, Ginger (could use with chicken too). In my stirfrys I use minced garlic, minced Ginger, chilli paste, low sodium, carb soy sauce, and a tiny bit of toasted sesame seed oil.
