    bench press shoulder pinch

    hey

so ive injured my shoulder blade/back/neck during a military press (which im not completely sure what is wrong) so paying close attention to the form of my other lifts- ive realised that i dont keep my shoulder blades completely flat throughout the movement of flat/incline bench- and when pushing the laat couple of inches i curve my back a little (kinda like hunching which take my shoulder blades off the bench)

anyone else ever done this and since i only bench once a week how can i practise my form at home. what procudures does everyone do to ensure correct form.

    thanks
