Got this recently from bb.com in cinnamon bun flavor. It really didn't turn out as amazing as the reviews said. It tastes ok in milk but my biggest issue is the mixability when compared to ON. It mixes horribly and leaves.bits everywhere...

I Used a spoon dude just like with an ON shake....I used the same amount of milk I do in ON shake.

Can't say I've ever had a problem. The majority of the time, I use a blender, but even if using a spoon or shaker, never really had any issues.

Casein doen't mix as well as whey.
You'll NEVER be able to mix casein well with a spoon.

If you're going to use an utensil, at least grab a fork. It'll give a much better mixability than a spoon. However, I strongly recommend you to get your hands on a blender bottle.

I do and my ON Whey mixes perfectly with a spoon, need to stir it a few times and its totally mixed...
