Healthy, Good tasting Protein Bars...

Can you guys recommend me some healthier protein bars that actually taste good? I'm pretty lacking on these as I rarely purchase any and am looking to supplement my diet with them as a snack here and there...looking for lower carbs/sugars..healthy fats...etc...thanks.

Supreme Protein Bars are the best. If you don't want bars and just looking for quick protein try Muscle Pharm Muscle Gel Shots. They taste great

Depends on whether you just want the extra protein or if you're using as a meal replacement, etc.

If you just want extra protein, I'd go with MP Muscle Gel packs...96 calories and 22g whey isolate. 22 packs for $40...pretty comparable to what you'll find with most bars.

I've tried the gel packs...I want more of a meal replacement, as I could whip up a whey shake for those gel packs...wasn't too impressed with the taste...

I thought it was kind of meh too but it's tough to beat as far as low cal/high protein...for flavor, I like the Snickers Marathon bars...like 280 calories and 22g protein I think? Can't beat the taste IMO, but they're def not low carb.

I sampled some of the Dymatize Fusion protein bars at a show and they were amazing. I don't know about the macros on em' but taste wise, they're legit

Snickers energy/protein bars are very tasty.

The dymatize bars are as well.

Labrada makes very good bars all around.

Supreme are tasty.

Promax are tasty.

Big100's are tasty.

VPX ZI's are not remotely tasty, horrible imo.

Power Crunch by BNRG.. favorite is cookies n cream, but they all taste good. Well balanced as well.. 15g Protein, 12 carbs, 10 fat..205 cals.. they taste like wafer cookies.

My top two picks would be pure protein bars, specifically the choc chip cookie dough flavor. 200 calories and 20 grams of protein, and pretty much any flavor of the supreme protein bars, they are all around 200 calories with 15 ghrams of protein.

Yeah the Snickers ones & Muscle Milk bars I've found to be the best when taking into account taste, calories, & protein. The 2:1 Protein bars are very good as well, they're pretty expensive though, and your average convenience store doesn't carry them.

The Supreme ones taste awesome, but if you're just grabbing them as a snack they're a little too high calories for me.

Tommy..watch out for Tri-O-Plex bars!!

They do taste delicious but their label claims are not genuine! They are really high in sugar and calories. They are very misleading....saw Chef Jay at the Olympia Expo and he is a fat tub of of lard who has trouble walking from one end of the building to the other.

To caveate....Quest Bars and VPX Bars are the best....

Some bars are/use:
* Use worthless gelatin to bump up protein counts
* Sugar, Rice syrups, disguised simple carbs, etc.
* Lots of mysterious and harmful ingredients
* Candy that�s pretending to be good for you

Quest Bars:
*Only high-quality, bioavailable proteins
* Very low non-fiber carbs
* Very short labels you actually understand
* A protein bar that is real, healthy food
