Shirts
I'm not pulling the bar down. I don't wear my shirts that tight. I'm in complete control and just bench slower then most do. If you try and go to fast you get hurt by dumping the bar.
But you are right. There are a lot of guys who wear there shirts so tight they have to pull it to get it to touch. Just ruins my form."MHP Sponsored Athlete"

This is a version of the press that is usually on the floor called floor presses. But we use our squat box turn up and a couple pieces of wood to mimic that on the bench.
did 405x3 before this 1 rep.

Time for the Lexan PRO/ELITE meet! During The Arnold Classic weekend.
will post videos after the meet. had a great training cycle and hoping for a 725 bench a new PR and breaking the IPA 220lb class with a attempt at #740 to beat the previous record of #735. Hope to have some fun stories to tell and this is going to be a big meet just check out the Roster. Lifters from all over the World.
