I just finished getting 3 names the old fashion way and sent them in this morning. I also have another idea to get some good loggers. But, let's see if anyone can catch my eye in here. I haven't really looked closely at those in here and will need to know who you and Jordan have taken already.

My log was actually done with 2 other people! The log below is for Higher Power Build XS. In my log, I love adding puns and jokes to keep the log fun but serious at the same time. I will talk about my routines, supplements, and nutrition in my log.

Im slowly easing into a strict diet for a recomp myself. Been slowly building back my deadlift strength after having to pretty much stop for almost 8 months ( work reasons, couldnt have my lower back sore and be productive)
