The rats stayed in the bath for 10 minutes each time. After 4 weeks the researchers measured the animals’ testosterone and LH synthesis.
The hot baths had no effect on the young lab rats, but in the old rats their testosterone level went down by a factor of 3.Exposing the testes to high temperatures reduces the effect of the enzyme P450c17 and the StAR protein – full name steroid acute regulatory protein. StAR is a key protein in the conversion of cholesterol into testosterone in the testes. The old rats that had hot baths produced none at all.
The Koreans think that their findings apply to humans too. "Hot baths may have negative effects on testosterone synthesis in older human males”, they write in the last paragraph of their article.
So, cold showers for 30 minutes at around 41-43 degrees Celsius was able to raise testosterone levels. I guess, through the coldness of the scrotum.. Why not, stimulate the coldness of the scrotum by applying a ice pack on?
I wonder though, what is the limit to this? What if I have a ice pack strapped on my balls for 60 minutes?

Rats get some change...ofcouse that surely got to correspond to the same in humans.
Human tests are overrated we can find our answers with rats, mice, flies...perfect!!
Human and rat fysiology is very very similar (very hard to tell apart apparently)...sticking your nuts in ice for 60min!?!? Gotta work wonders hey use liquid nitrogen for best effect you testosterone will go through the roof.!!!
It´s like that free penil enlargement: stick your penis in boiling water when erected, the bloodsacks will expand leaving you with a new MASSIVE manhood.
Even better, put it hot water and your balls in cold water and you will be the best a man can be.

i actually do this now, rest in bed put ice in a tissue throw down my pants and balance it above my testicles. good feeling plus gets those veins contracted and not dilated reducing heat , gicving the swimmers a good chance to strengthen their tales.

Put an ice pack on your balls, and keep it there, once you get paste the initial pain part it feels awesome, leads to bigger cum load. Also I'm pretty sure its recommended to ice your balls a bit if your having trouble conceiving. With my strange fap knowledge, and this random medical fact I feel OP may be on to something.

It doesn't work like you would think. It's not like you have 600 on the T scale and do all these tips to boost testosterone and your levels go to 800+. You can only hit your genetic max. So if your levels are low 400 and you do this it's still gonna be low 400 since that's your max. Only steroids or extra external testosterone can truly boost your levels.

you misread the study 30 minute showers at around 41-43 degrees Celsius or 107 - 109 F is a hot shower not cold
