I ate 1KG of that nestle diet yogurt for lunch yesterday. 370 calories, ~40g protein, ~40g carbs, 1g fat. Felt good to have a desert binge.

Also something thats pretty nice is a Hazelnut gellato you can get at some Woolworths. Tastes like nutella in ice cream form. Less than 150 cals per 100ml.

haha yeh man i have one i destroy it every day ! the non stick plates are becoming silver and starting to stick now ! think its time for a new one !
but what about omletes what spray do you use ?
one of my favs is like 5 egg white and 1 whole or 2 whole with 50grams of mayfaire breakfast bacon - note this bacon is the bomb your missing out if you havnt had it 1.5 grams of fat

say if i had 100g oats in morning i look it up on calorieking.com.au and i can type in the grams and it automaticly does it

when i make omelettes I just grease the pan using olive grove light spread, its like 50 cals per 10g, I use 20g and just add that into my macro's for the day
if I don't want to use calories on cooking meats I'll either just oven cook them or cook them on the stove and use non stick baking paper
