I know this isn't a "one size fits all" approach but I was curious to know if anyone would be able to clue me in on macros to help me lose weight/fat. My calorie intake is 2000 calories a day, mostly protein, whole grains and low fat. I do not know what my macros are at this point BUT what should they be based on 2000 calories a day to lose fat? Any info is greatly appreciated thanks! (I do work out 5-6 days per week cardio/weights)

Just get 1-1.5g of protein per pound of body weight and 0.35-0.45g of fat per pound of body weight. Here's a short article that goes into more detail:
