i have a lifting partner who i workout with religiously, also my best friend. i'll get him in on it and to say/ask me things while we're lifting like... if i miss a rep or something he'll go, "you mad???"
and when i hit a new PR i'll say to him, "you jelly??"

If you get it, the whole thing will pretty much be scripted. I know someone who did sweet 16 3 years ago and they had her doing fake fights with her parents etc.
They actually filmed the beginning off the show where they "meet her" after everything else was filmed.
