Partial Deadlifts: 5x40,25,15,10,6-8 reps(I like to use a wide grip on these)
Lat pulls: 4x25,15,8,8 reps(wide grip)
Bench Rows: 4x15,15,8,8 reps(close grip)
Single Arm Dumbell Rows: 3x8-10
Stiff Arm High Cable Pull Downs:3x12-15
Stiff Legged Deadlifts: 1x40(go for the burn)
I'll wrap it up with a set of 100 reps of crunches on a slight incline.
