Hello everyone I am going to buy some protein powder from Optimum and was wondering what flavors you guys thought were the best

I tried the sample pack, and cake batter.

Caramel Toffee Fudge was also my favorite, followed closely by chocolate malt.

trutein/isology/wheyology have the same cals and taste a hell of a lot better. plus you know exact what is in their products, fully disclosed blends.

i would think vanilla ice cream taste good and the only one i did try is the double chocolate one and it tasted like mud so i don't know which one to buy next

If I HAD to choose ON I would agree with Shay. But like cofab said there are plenty of other options out there for the price and amount of cals your looking for.

As far as their normal flavors go, Id say cookies and creme or vanilla ice cream. Neither are anything to shout about, but its decently priced in most places. I dont really care how it taste, as long as it works.

Every whey protein "works", so why not buy from a company that makes protein that actually tastes good?
