im still more or less pain free after i did this log what alomost a year ago? pretty sheap fix when stuff gets rough.

So i'll pipe in. Castor oil has a unique ability to penetrate deeper into muscle tissue then other oils and creams. It also has a great ability to relax muscles and increase blood flow for repair. A added benefit and doesn't smell bad is add frankincense essential oil to your castor oil. This is also known as boswellia and has terrific reported anti-inflammatory properties.
