Scotts not a bodybuilder, he is a model/actor he was on Bigbrother. That being said Scotts videos are way better then scoobys way more descriptive and way way better for anyone that is starting out lifting weights. Scott ftw, scooby = oldballs

Well Scooby does home workouts ... Scott does gym workouts.

I think Scooby is more helpful especially since he offers an alternative to the gym..

Before I started to build my body, I used to go to scooby for advise. At the time, I was pretty mesmerized by all the info that he showed. I tried some of the workouts and not really had good results. Then I found Scott's youtube page and really got a good foundation of workouts and somewhat better nutrition info. Scott's also really down to earth but I found that he's kinda a ****. They both have no legs though.... If I had to choose between the two, it would be Scott, because he regularly posts videos. But I'd advise you to start straying away from their workouts and really listen to what this site has to say. I gained 20-25lbs from when I first started at 125.

Thats because hes demonstrating and talking at the same time to explain the movement. put 315lbs on a bench and try holding a good conversation with someone.

I like Scooby and all but I don't agree with everything he says sometimes. That dude has tons of knowledge but gets annoying a bit too at times. Especially his idea that if food taste good it's not healthy.

Man, of course it doesn't taste good for him, he microwaves all his food. Learn to cook, no excuse. If you can learn body building then learning to cook, it should go hand in hand.
